Scope
This page describes the data handled by the VERSUS site, its arena service, the market explorer and the Jupiter swap integration. It is a factual summary, not a complete privacy policy, and no data controller or privacy contact is identified here.
Public arena data and wallet requests
Browsing requests public arena data from the VERSUS API. Connecting a wallet makes its public address available to the interface. Launches, challenges and votes send the relevant address, choices and message signatures to the API. Votes, weights, programs and action outcomes are public; signatures should not be treated as private messages.
Solana transactions, addresses and balances are public on-chain and permanent, independently of this site.
Coin metadata
When you launch a coin, the name, symbol, description, artwork and optional website or X link you enter are stored by VERSUS and served publicly as the coin's metadata. They cannot be changed after launch.
Browser and server storage
The wallet connection is held in browser memory. The page stores its last-read path, data mode and timestamp in sessionStorage for the current tab; reading still works when that storage is unavailable. Arena state is stored in VERSUS's database. The API keeps short-lived in-memory counters keyed by network address to limit writes per minute.
Jupiter and connected wallets
The Jupiter widget loads automatically when you open a supported swap panel. Your browser requests third-party scripts and services even before you connect a wallet. Jupiter and connected wallet software can receive your public wallet address, token selections, quote requests and signed transaction data needed to process a swap. The widget may keep its own preferences or wallet selection in localStorage. Its third-party resources may include hosted assets and fonts.
Your wallet connects only when you request it, and transactions require your approval. Review Jupiter's and your wallet's own information before using their services.
Other software
The first-party VERSUS code has no advertising-cookie or analytics integration. This statement does not describe third-party scripts loaded by the swap widget. VERSUS does not request or store wallet private keys or seed phrases. Wallet software, hosting, RPC and model providers have their own data practices. Models never receive wallet addresses or user messages.
Market observations and charts
The market explorer sends a token mint to this site's market endpoint. The server requests public pool observations from DEX Screener and briefly caches them. No wallet signature or private key is needed for a market lookup. Choosing Load live chart connects your browser directly to DEX Screener, which can receive your network address and the selected pool and apply its own storage practices.
